We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it meets the following criteria:
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Napa Music Supply representative. Please contact us at CustomerService@napamusicsupply.com
for your RMA code. Products returned without this authorization number may not be identifiable, and thus the refund process could be significantly delayed.
- Products can only be returned to Napa Music Supply within 10 days of product delivery. Any damage or defects to the products MUST be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. You may be asked to submit photos in the event that an item is damaged. Please e-mail those photos to CustomerService@napamusicsupply.com.
- If you would like to exchange an item you may request an RMA code so you may do so.
- At our discretion, non-defective returns may be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded (exception for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders).
- A non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all of its original packaging.
- Upon receipt of the return, we will issue the refund. Please note that the returns process can take up to 3-5 business days for the credit to be issued once we have received the item.
- All returns must be returned to Napa Music Supply postage paid unless the item is damaged or defective. In the event that an item is damaged, you will be required to provide photos of the damage to obtain a pre-paid return label.
- Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of delivery, regardless of reason. For any issues beyond that date, you may contact us and we will provide you with any warranty information available for your product.
- We are unable to accept returns for mouthpieces, reeds, harmonicas, recorders, kazoos and/or similar items. Exceptions are made for items that are damaged/defective upon delivery as long as damage is reported within 48 hours.
